This page explains what Relic Pack Generator collects, why it is collected, and how that data is handled when you use the site and connect third-party services such as TikTok.
We collect the information needed to operate the product, including account details, prompts you submit, generated media, purchase events, analytics data, and technical logs related to security and abuse prevention.
We use collected information to provide the service, process payments, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and support creator workflows such as publishing approved content to connected platforms.
Relic Pack Generator relies on third-party providers including Netlify, Supabase, Stripe, PostHog, and AI or media APIs. If you connect TikTok, we may store the tokens and account identifiers required to perform the actions you explicitly authorize.
When you authorize TikTok access, we may store your TikTok open ID, granted scopes, access token, refresh token, and token expiry data on secure backend infrastructure so the app can complete authorized publishing actions on your behalf.
We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform from fraud or misuse. Sensitive credentials and tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed to the browser.
You may stop using the service at any time. If you want a connected TikTok account or related stored data removed, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to process the request.
